Request a Return or Cancellation

To request a return, sign in to your customer account and select the order or item(s) you want to return. If your item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy, you’ll be able to submit a return request directly from your account.

To request an order cancellation, sign in to your customer account or access your order status page. Cancellation requests are only available within the eligible cancellation window and before the order has been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled because it is already in transit. Once your order has been delivered, you may request a return for any eligible item(s) under our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee a refund. Refunds are reviewed and processed according to our Return & Refund Policy after the returned item has been received and inspected, when applicable.

After your request is submitted, our team will review it and send you the next steps by email.
