Shipping Locations

Roaben® currently ships within the United States. We deliver to locations serviced by USPS and UPS.

We may expand our shipping services to additional countries in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship orders using USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order may depend on your shipping address, package size, and available shipping options.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Other unforeseen events

Roaben® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs required to send the package again.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to initiate an investigation.

Roaben® reviews these situations on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, additional assistance may be provided at our discretion.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Roaben® may offer products on a pre-order basis.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed on the product page. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together or separately at our discretion.
